Bright Futures Early Learning Academy is always adding members to our family. We accept students year-round, providing there is space available in our classrooms. We ask that you complete an online application and email us once you have completed it, at brightfuturesela@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response in regard to your application before reaching out again.
 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:

• Birth certificate

• Parent/Guardian driver’s license

• Proof of Residence

• Immunization (Form DH 680)

• Physical (list form and specifics)

• Special program documents (EP, IEP, 504, ESOL), if applicable

• Custody court documents, if applicable
